About The Pickle League
When does the league start?
- Sign by June 30th, 2026 to play in the July - August League
What do I get for signing up?
- You are guaranteed six matches (three in July and three in August)
What is the cost?
- $60 per team or $30 per individual. We will pair you with an individual in your area.
What is the perk of playing in the league?
- YOU get to schedule your own matches on days and times that work best for YOU
What is the format of the league?
- We set up pods of 4 for group play. The pods are based on skill level and proximity to your opponent. The first month is pod play. The second month is a bracket to determine a winner. All teams are guaranteed 6 matches.
Is it hard to schedule matches?
- Not at all! We provide each pod with a designated Google Sheet that is easy to fill out available dates/times and matches you up with opponents who share similar availabilities.
What is the difference between the competitive league and social league?
- The Social League is focused on grouping teams based on location. The League is for players who are learning or looking for ways to meet new friends. This is a great way to get outside and be active with new friends.
- The Competitive League is geared towards matching up teams with similar skill levels. The focus of this league is play competitive matches against other players in your area.
Do all participants get access to local discounts at bars, restaurants and coffee shops in their area?
- YES! One of our main goals while running this league is community involvement. We are working hard to parter with local establishments to get discounts and gift cards for all our players. Make sure to check out our GROWING list of parters and sponsors. WE encourage you and your opponents to use these discounts after matches to get to know each other better.
What is a sign up gift?
- A sign up gift is a thank you gift from us to you! We are thankful that you trust our league to set up quality matches and provide expert communication to run a smooth league. Because of that, you should expect to receive new pickleballs and a gift card to a local establishment in your area. Please make sure to mention to the establishments that you are in The Pickle League!
